TUSD Budget Cuts - Urgent action needed!
Hi again everyone,
People have been asking more questions about the TUSD Budget Cuts
so I have a link to aflyer
that gives you a brief but informative idea of how this will affect
our Torrance Area. Please view this flyer! Once you
see the numbers you will understand why we stand in opposition of
the proposed suspension of Proposition 98 and the need for this
letter writing.
I have also have a link to a Key Contact
flyer with all of the people you should send this
letter to (in the second and third columns). The suggestion is that
you complete the letter except for the "Dear _____". Then make the
copies and then fill in the "Dear ______." This is to prevent you
from having complete everything more than once. Just a
suggestion.
Lastly, just in case, I have a link to the letter (acrobat file
or word file). I
hope that this helps. Please be an active advocate and help our
schools and let's not let our children down.
